Make sure you charge the unit when you receive it, takes 6 to 10 hours. The switch for the built in led light is hard to see. But overall unit (battery pack), seem to charge by Samsung Tablet and Hawuie android phone in good amount of time. Shipping was fast I order the 30000mah unit. there is where the test comes in to see how close it is to 30000mah Receive power bank 30000mah (power bank), charge to maximum 6.5 hours then plug in a cellphone and tablet (Samsung). Power bank did bring the units back to life and stayed hook up for 5 hours and both where charged up.
