It works well but could be dangerous
This thing is pretty cool but you gotta be careful with it. It can be dangerous. It has powerful spring and a sensitive trigger which is great for hooking a fish. It's also what makes it a tad dangerous. You could get whacked with the pole or if you don't cast it far enough. The hook could be coming your way at high speed. I would not recommend putting your finger near it once loaded either you might not get it back. It does work though. So far a catfish and a turtle have took the bait and found out the hard way. I will probably buy a few more so I can cover more ground. Thats the beauty of this. You can fish multiple poles in multiple location all at the same time.

I have bought 12 of these. I own 4 and the rest have been gifts to fishing buddies. I bought them for everyone because THEY CATCH FISH! They�re super easy to use and also are very sensitive (when you want them to be).

It's good but I took 1 star off because it's not thaaat good. I'd say it catches about 85% of the fishes (15% fishes come undone while reeling) and sets about 95% of the hook sets (5% nothing on line when it gets set off).

Spare the rod... and miss a chance for landing a fish. I nearly lost a nice rod and reel trying to use more than one. The fish were biting - wasn�t expecting that.
